The Chandelier of Gruene

The Chandelier of Gruene is a beautiful wedding venue in Texas Hill Country. This gorgeous wedding venue is just minutes from historic Gruene and played host to Sarah and Connor wedding. We loved capturing a wedding at this venue and we got some amazing drone views which you should definitely check out in the video. We even have a lovely video bomb by wildlife at some point. 

Our video edit for this wedding starts with Connor reading out his vows. The charm that you hear in his voice is just a glimpse into the magical day that they had. We wish you could have been there to experience it. But since you weren’t, we’ll try to share in our little way what happened. That is after all what we do here at Little Lens Films. Document the special moments at weddings and help the couple tell their story in a beautiful way. 

·  The Preparation

“Love is patient, Love is kind” That’s what 1st Corinthians says. These attributes of love are what make it unique and beautiful. Sarah and Connor certainly showed that the love they have for each other is true. They’ve been together for three and a half years and have both got great personalities. They are so much fun. 

Another thing we loved about this couple is their love for family. Sarah’s maid of honor was her sister. Connor’s best man was his brother too. You’ll notice this love for family show up throughout this wedding.

Sarah got ready with her bridesmaids and family. She had a first look with them too and it was great moment. The look on her face as her dad saw her in her wedding gown for the first time was priceless too. 

Connor also got ready with his groomsmen and family. We especially loved capturing the special moment with his mum. Almost like she couldn’t be prouder of him. We were also able to catch Connor speaking positive words into the day and Sarah sharing a toast with her ladies. Beautiful, beautiful moments, all of them.

·  The Ceremony

There is something irresistible about a Chandelier of Gruene wedding. From the lovely grass outside to the fun bell which Sarah and Connor got to ring together, you’ll love it. The venue seems tailored towards creating a unique wedding experience and they succeeded! We even start our video with the couple on the very picturesque swing out front. 

July 18th is the day this lovely couple chose for their wedding and no pandemic could stop it. They had an awesome, fun day. The words of the celebrant were very meaningful and soon enough, we could say hello to Mr. and Mrs. Roy!!! But only after they kissed of course. From there, it was onto the reception.

·  The Reception

We loved every aspect of Sarah and Connor’s reception. They had a very lovely celebratory entrance and it was party galore from there. We loved the beautiful décor, the delicious three-tiered cake and the fun atmosphere. Connor’s brother gave an amazing best man’s speech and so did the maid of honor (Sarah’s sister). We also show some lovely snippets of the father of the bride speech. 

The first dance was fun and unique. We also captured the father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. When it came to the time to throw and catch the bouquet and garter, family showed up again. The best man and maid of honor caught both. Conspiracy? Watch the video to find out. Ending the day with a reverse receiving line and sparklers as they drove off was a beautiful end to this awesome day.
